We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join our small, agile team. What you'll be doing
- You will lead design initiatives from the initial concept phase through to launch, working in close partnership with engineers and fellow designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- You will transform open-ended product ideas into actionable designs by utilizing research, prototyping, and iterative testing.
- You will evolve our design systems and champion new, AI-enabled workflows to improve our team's overall effectiveness and product quality.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in product design across both consumer and platform-facing products. You should be comfortable working in ambiguous environments where you can take ownership of complex problems. We are looking for someone with a strong mobile-first mindset and exceptional skills in visual and interaction design. You should have a portfolio that demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a history of building or maintaining design systems. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be adept at using AI tools to enhance your design process. Most importantly, you should be a strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
What you'll get
