What you bring

As our Product Lead for Buyer Experience, you will spearhead our Buyer Product Stream to elevate the customer journey and improve conversion and retention rates. This is a full-time, remote position based in Spain. You will bring at least 48 months of experience to the table as you focus on the following core responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for our buyer experience, including navigation, discovery, and transaction processes.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers, UX designers, and product analysts while fostering a culture of experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional departments like marketing and data to ensure our strategic goals are met.

Requirements

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep passion for product craft and a proven track record in leadership. You should have extensive experience managing product streams or business units, particularly within marketplaces or two-sided platforms. Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset, the ability to build and execute a 12-month roadmap, and the communication skills to align diverse teams. You must be comfortable working in an international environment where English is the primary language of communication. Because we are a registered employer in Spain, you must reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit to be considered for this role.
