The opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, Graphic Design to join our team in a remote capacity within the United States. This is a vital player-coach role where you will set the standard for our design craft while remaining hands-on with key projects. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead a talented team of designers and ensure that our visual output remains consistent, high-quality, and strategically aligned with the needs of our marketing, sales, and product teams. You will act as a bridge between our brand vision and our business goals, helping us maintain our position as the leader in the creator economy.

A day in the life

• You will guide the graphic design vision for campaigns and product marketing, ensuring every piece of work is on-brand and impactful.
• You will provide mentorship and coaching to your team, helping them grow their skills while upholding clear design principles and quality standards.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as copywriters and creative operations, to refine workflows and integrate new technologies like AI to improve our design speed and quality.

Who you are

You are a seasoned creative professional with at least 8 years of experience in graphic, visual, or brand design, including 3 or more years in a leadership role. You possess a portfolio that demonstrates deep conceptual thinking and storytelling across digital and social platforms. You are an expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and you have a keen eye for typography, layout, and color. Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, you are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You communicate clearly, lead with diplomacy, and are genuinely enthusiastic about mentoring others. Proficiency in English is required, and a basic understanding of HTML5 or CSS is considered a valuable asset.
