We are Adikteev, a global leader in mobile retargeting that helps app publishers grow their revenue through highly targeted, personalized advertising. We are looking for a Creative Team Lead to join our team and help scale our operations in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

Lead and prioritize creative production for our clients, ensuring high-quality delivery across all mobile ad formats.
Design and develop engaging, interactive, and playable mobile ads, including videos and motion graphics.
Manage and mentor our APAC design team, guiding them through the creative process from concept to final execution.
Analyze performance data to iterate on creative assets and improve campaign results.
Collaborate with clients during meetings to provide creative insights and strategic feedback.
Establish and maintain best practices, design benchmarks, and efficient production workflows.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of experience in a creative design role, ideally within the ad tech or mobile gaming industry.
Proven experience in a leadership or management position.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of interaction design, animation, and graphics systems.
Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Legal residency or citizenship in China or South Korea.

Nice-to-haves

Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
