Core responsibilities

- Lead the integration of AI into our daily design practice by evaluating new tools, modeling agentic workflows, and ensuring that human judgment remains at the center of every decision.
- Mentor junior and intermediate designers while driving cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to validate assumptions and maintain high accessibility and design system standards.
Skills and experience
- At least 3 years of professional UX experience, supported by a portfolio that showcases your ability to lead others through complex design problems.
- Fluency with AI-assisted tools and a deep understanding of responsible AI principles, including trust, bias, and transparency.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, component-based design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Proven experience in planning and leading user research programs, including the use of AI to synthesize findings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent design direction to senior stakeholders and facilitate consensus across teams.
- A bonus is prior knowledge of the accounting, audit, or financial services industries.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary for this position is between $77,000 CAD and $84,000 CAD. In addition to your salary, you will have access to the following benefits:
- Remote work flexibility.
- Medical insurance.
- Paid time off.
- Professional development opportunities.
- Equity compensation.
