What you bring

As a Senior member of our team, you will take on a Full Time role that is fully Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical complexity and user-friendly design. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Designing intuitive user interfaces that provide seamless, delightful experiences for our global audience.
• Leading the end-to-end design process for new features by translating technical requirements into practical product solutions.
• Collaborating closely with our Engineering and Product teams to facilitate design discussions and ensure high-quality implementation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is proficient in English and has a deep understanding of design systems. You should be comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows while utilizing industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InVision. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of Agile development processes and the ability to present your work to executive leadership. We value candidates who are open to receiving objective feedback and using it to refine their craft. While not required, having experience in the Fintech sector or skills in 3D modeling software like Blender would be a fantastic addition to your profile.
