What you bring
We are searching for a Senior Associate Creative Director to join us on a contractor basis. This is a remote role that allows you to work from anywhere while leading high-impact visual initiatives. Your work will center on the following core responsibilities:
- Directing art and visual design across a variety of channels including social media, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with a talented team of writers, strategists, and motion artists to build cohesive creative concepts.
- Providing mentorship to junior designers to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have at least seven years of experience in design and art direction, with at least three of those years spent in a leadership capacity. We are looking for a candidate with a robust portfolio that demonstrates expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and product design. You must be fluent in English and possess the ability to communicate complex product narratives through clear, compelling visuals. It is also important that you are comfortable presenting your work to stakeholders and thrive in a highly collaborative environment. Experience in financial services or in-product design is considered a plus.
