Key outcomes
- Lead the project management and execution of complex marketing programs, including webinar support and the completion of RFPs and RFIs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to create effective marketing materials that maintain our brand voice and amplify our impact.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of diverse content, such as web copy, landing pages, social media graphics, presentations, white papers, and videos.
- Compile and present monthly and quarterly reports on channel analytics, SEO metrics, and overall content performance.
- Support our Sales and Account Management teams by executing customer acquisition strategies and fulfilling content requests.
- Stay informed on industry trends and research new ideas to evolve our content marketing strategy.
- Ensure all projects adhere to our high standards of quality and brand guidelines through skilled writing and design.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Four to six years of experience in a marketing or communications role with a strong focus on original content creation.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing best practices and multi-channel content strategy.
- Excellent writing and proofing skills, with the ability to adapt content for various platforms including digital, print, and audio-visual.
- Basic proficiency in Salesforce CRM and project management software.
- A functional understanding of HTML and CSS.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to engage in occasional travel for team collaboration and events.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with U.S. healthcare audiences, such as physicians, nurses, health plans, or health IT professionals.
- Familiarity with the Yoast SEO plug-in for WordPress.
- Practical experience using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $82,600 to $115,600 per year. This role is also eligible for a bonus. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401k retirement plan. You will also receive paid time off, company-recognized holidays, and paid volunteer days.
