What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position that requires someone with a solid background in marketing principles and a proven ability to drive results. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work alongside cross-functional teams to elevate our brand and accelerate our growth.

What will you do?

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and increasing brand awareness.
• Oversee our content development and social media presence while ensuring that all activities remain consistent with our brand identity.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our campaigns, using data to provide actionable insights and optimize our future efforts.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing generalist role within a SaaS organization. We are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver and possesses strong project management skills. You should be comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once and collaborating effectively with others. Proficiency in the following areas is essential:

• Marketing Tools: You should be highly skilled in using Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and various marketing automation platforms.
• Technical Skills: Experience maintaining and updating websites via WordPress is required.
• Communication: You must have excellent copywriting skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Analytical Mindset: You should feel comfortable interpreting data to make informed decisions.
