What you bring
As a Senior Designer working in a full-time capacity, you will play a pivotal role in our creative process. This role is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule. You will utilize your expertise in Design, Autocad, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Project Management, Communication Skills, and Presentation Skills to deliver high-quality results. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the full lifecycle of projects, from initial programming and conceptual design to space planning and final production.
- Collaborating closely with our sales and project management teams to drive innovative, tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Mentoring junior team members and championing operational excellence by maintaining high standards for design documentation and processes.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in interior design or furniture dealerships. You should possess a deep understanding of workplace trends, building codes, and contract furniture processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and CET is required, while experience with Spec 4 and 5 is preferred. We value candidates who hold NCIDQ or CIDA accreditation, and those with LEED or WELL certifications will stand out. You must be a strong communicator who can confidently present design ideas to clients and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What we offer
We provide a base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, with final compensation determined by your specific experience, education, and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer the following benefit:
