What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for overseeing our paid search efforts and guiding our marketing and SEO team to ensure we maximize our return on investment and drive consistent traffic to our platform.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of our paid search budget by managing expenses, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling any financial discrepancies.
- Run tests, collect performance data, and analyze insights to identify key trends that improve our marketing outcomes.
- Optimize landing pages and ad copy to ensure our paid campaigns are as effective as possible at converting visitors.

You are a data-driven professional with a strong background in performance marketing and online customer acquisition. To be successful here, you should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Extensive experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit.
- Deep expertise in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and report on initiatives.
- A solid understanding of SEO, bid management tools, and the ability to conduct A/B or multivariate experiments.
- Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically regarding how they relate to development constraints.
- A degree in Marketing or a related quantitative field, along with a commitment to staying current on the latest industry trends.
- Fluency in English.
