We focus on solving user acquisition hurdles and boosting engagement by creating a rewarding, community-centered environment that links top-tier users with innovative projects. We are currently searching for a Junior Community Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. If you are passionate about the Web3 space and enjoy helping others, we would love to have you help us manage our Discord server and ensure our community members have a fantastic experience.
Responsibilities
- Address user concerns by verifying complaints and providing clear, effective solutions that align with our internal policies.
- Manage support interactions across our ticket system, Telegram, and Discord channels.
- Act as a bridge between our users and the company by relaying feedback to the appropriate departments and assisting our management and business development teams with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in a customer service role.
- A strong grasp of the Web3 ecosystem and excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Residency in an Asian time zone to ensure consistent coverage.
- A high school diploma is required, though an undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a patient demeanor, and a genuine desire to learn and grow through constructive feedback.
