We are looking for a Sales Development Rep who can turn that momentum into real pipeline by blending thoughtful outreach with modern tools and a willingness to experiment.
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Rep on a full-time, four-month contract (1099) basis. The role focuses on outbound prospecting that combines personalized messaging, automation, and AI to create qualified sales opportunities. You will report to the VP of Marketing, work entirely remotely within the United States, and have the possibility of converting to a permanent W-2 position with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by running outbound campaigns against carefully chosen target accounts.
- Blend traditional prospecting methods such as cold calls and email sequences with generative AI and workflow automation to increase personalization at scale.
- Partner with the Demand Gen team to A/B test messaging, refine cadences for different buyer personas, and measure what drives meetings.
Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience, including prior cold-calling work.
- Hands-on comfort using generative AI and automation tools to craft personalized outreach at volume.
- Strong ability to listen, handle objections, and reframe conversations around customer pain points.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and active-listening skills.
- Outstanding time-management habits that keep multiple cadences and tests on track.
Location
This position is 100 percent remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to the base contract rate, we offer the flexibility of remote work and the possibility of converting to a full-time W-2 role that includes a full benefits package.
