We are CoderPad, a company dedicated to improving the technical interview process. Since our launch in 2013, we have served more than 3,800 customers and hosted over 4 million technical interviews across 40 programming languages. Our platform functions like an integrated development environment, allowing hiring teams at organizations such as Spotify, LinkedIn, and Lyft to evaluate candidates accurately and fairly. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within the United States.
Key outcomes
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting directed at target accounts.
- Combine outbound prospecting techniques with automation and AI to expand the possibilities for personalized outreach.
- Apply a range of prospecting methods, including cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement, while conducting A/B testing of messages and touch plans in collaboration with the Demand Generation team.
- Communicate our value proposition through creative, personalized messaging tailored to multiple buyer personas.
- Engage multiple stakeholders within target organizations and create urgency across the buying committee.
Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience, including prior cold-calling experience.
- Experience using generative AI and automated workflows to enhance personalization at scale.
- Ability to address objections by reframing them into relevant pain points that lead to meetings.
- Excellent writing, communication, and listening skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive, market-rate salary along with stock options subject to a four-year vesting schedule. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance with full coverage for employees and 90 percent coverage for dependents, a flexible spending account, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, short- and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance.
