About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of our end-to-end marketing efforts across the entire customer journey. You will work within a collaborative team environment, acting as a bridge between management, sales, and project managers to develop and refine our marketing strategy with fresh ideas and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across digital channels, including search, display, and social media to drive awareness and lead generation.
• Take full responsibility for planning, monitoring, and optimizing advertising budgets, targeting strategies, and bidding tactics.
• Create high-quality content and drive SEO optimizations to increase our online visibility and brand recognition in the market.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should bring a blend of strategic vision and operational hands-on experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and maximizing performance marketing strategies within a B2B environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from initial concept through to final implementation.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to act as an effective interface between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to content creation and SEO, with a preference for candidates who possess existing knowledge of cloud technologies or hyperscalers.

This position is remote, allowing you to work from wherever you feel most comfortable.
