Eulerity is a marketing technology firm dedicated to streamlining the digital advertising landscape. Our platform empowers businesses to launch sophisticated marketing campaigns with remarkable ease. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to help us drive our next phase of growth. This position is based in the United States and requires you to work from our Midtown office in New York City two to three days each week.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of our marketing technology stack, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our CRM and automation platforms.
- Design and maintain efficient workflows that simplify how we create, execute, and measure campaigns across all channels.
- Lead our data analysis efforts by generating actionable reports that guide our strategic decisions and campaign performance improvements.
- Identify and implement new automation opportunities to increase team efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Establish and uphold operational best practices to ensure high quality and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Partner with marketing leadership to oversee budget management and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate the market for emerging technologies that could enhance our current capabilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with our sales, product, and customer success teams to keep our data and campaign execution aligned.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional experience in marketing operations or a closely related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation principles and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Google Slides, Canva, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience managing marketing budgets.
Compensation
