Backend Developer Intern at Eulerity

The role

We are looking for a Backend Developer Intern to join our engineering team. This is a junior-level internship position based in the United States. You will be working in a hybrid environment, with an expectation to be in the office 2 to 3 days per week. This program runs from June through August, with the possibility of an extension depending on your performance and availability.

Core responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of our core backend services.
• Manage the implementation of new features through the entire lifecycle, from initial design to final deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm product ideas and support system documentation.

Skills and experience

• At least 1 year of experience building backend solutions using Java.
• Experience working with third-party API integration.
• A strong desire to learn new technologies and solve complex engineering problems.
• Current enrollment as a student in the NYC tri-state area.
• Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week.
• Bonus: Previous experience with machine learning development is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

The pay for this position is $16-$18 per hour, which equates to an annual salary range of $32,000 to $37,000. In addition to competitive pay, you will receive:
