We are currently looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a vital leadership position for a technical expert who is eager to drive innovation in the ad tech space while guiding our engineers toward building scalable, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of advanced ad technology platforms, ensuring they remain scalable and efficient for our recruitment marketing needs.
• Architect complex systems using Java and Spring, while maintaining high-throughput data pipelines with tools like Kafka and Redshift.
• Mentor and inspire a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for building next-generation advertising technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
• Deep proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong skills in managing data warehousing solutions using Postgres, Redshift, and Looker.
• Experience building distributed systems with Kubernetes and Python for automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

What we offer
