What you bring

As a Lead AI Engineer working in a full-time capacity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI Analyst GenAI product and our Vision analytics platform. You will be based anywhere, as this role is fully remote. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Fine-tuning large language models to provide automated insights and conversational analytics for our clients.
• Designing and optimizing complex NLP pipelines to ensure our AI products deliver accurate and actionable data.
• Collaborating with our data science and engineering teams to build scalable pipelines that power our AI-driven reporting tools.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep technical background and a passion for innovation. You should hold a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, and bring at least five years of experience in AI and machine learning. Proficiency in Python is essential, along with hands-on experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. You should be comfortable working with AWS, SQL, and modern data pipelines. Beyond your technical skills, we value candidates who are collaborative, analytical, and fluent in English. We are looking for someone who stays current with the latest advancements in generative AI and is eager to apply that knowledge to real-world recruitment challenges.

What we offer
