Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. We are seeking a senior-level professional who is ready to take ownership of high-impact web projects and collaborate with our cross-functional marketing and design teams.
Your impact
- Collaborate with our growth marketing squad to ship high-impact campaigns that drive our objectives.
- Build and maintain sophisticated web solutions using HTML, CSS, and Webflow.
- Implement custom designs, layouts, and animations while ensuring our technical design systems remain consistent and high-quality.
What you'll need
- A proven track record of leading web design projects within cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in UX design methodologies, design patterns, and design systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for collaborative design.
- Exceptional knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong design thinking skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback on creative work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English.
