We are ReachRx, a company using large language models to give physicians fast, accurate access to the latest pharmaceutical information. Our platform is digitizing a $60 billion industry by connecting doctors directly with drug manufacturers, helping patients start therapy sooner and at lower cost. We recently raised a $4 million Series Seed round led by SignalFire, with backing from founders at Flatiron Health and Komodo Health as well as leading AI researchers. We are now hiring a Founding Product Engineer to help build and scale the systems that power this mission.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale our suite of applications as the company grows from its early stage.
- Work directly with the founders to refine product vision, set priorities, and shape the technical roadmap.
- Continuously improve code quality, engineering processes, and infrastructure while iterating on the product using feedback and data.
Requirements
- Four or more years of product-focused, full-stack software development experience with a track record of shipping world-class products.
- Strong programming skills across the stack and the ability to learn new languages quickly.
- Hands-on experience or deep interest in AI applications beyond basic use of models like GPT-4, with a desire to stay at the forefront of the field.
- Degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Startup mindset: collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable iterating in an early-stage environment.
- Bonus: experience as an early engineer at a hyper-growth startup or at world-class product organizations such as Notion or Figma.
- Bonus: familiarity with React, TypeScript, Python, RESTful APIs, Postgres, AWS, Next.js, or React Native.
