At ReachRx, we are digitizing the sixty billion dollar pharmaceutical sales industry by building an intuitive search platform powered by advanced LLMs. We recently secured four million dollars in seed funding from prominent investors, including the founders of Komodo Health and Flatiron Health, to help us bridge the gap between doctors and life-saving treatments. We would love for you to join our team as a Founding AI Software Engineer and help us shape the future of clinical decision-making.
What you bring
As a Senior member of our engineering team, you will work in a Full Time capacity to build the core infrastructure that powers our clinical search application. This role is based in the United States and offers a hybrid work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Architecting and scaling innovative features for our clinical search interface.
- Building robust, low-latency systems for efficient data retrieval.
- Managing and indexing massive datasets to support our search and AI-driven workflows.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of professional experience who is comfortable working across the entire full stack. You should be highly proficient in Python, NextJS, TypeScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL. We value engineers who have a proven track record of building scalable services, managing complex ETL pipelines, and developing high-performance APIs. A deep interest in AI and LLMs is essential for this position. It is a significant advantage if you have previously served as an early engineer at a high-growth startup or have experience working at world-class product organizations.
