At Craft, we are dedicated to building a more resilient global supply chain. Our team provides businesses with a comprehensive data fabric and advanced risk mitigation tools, allowing procurement and supply chain professionals to gain 360-degree visibility into their supplier networks. We are a well-funded, fast-growing organization backed by investors like Greycroft and ServiceNow Ventures, and we are currently looking for a talented individual to help us expand our reach and impact.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, though we have a strong preference for candidates based in the San Francisco or Austin areas to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration with our marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness and filling our sales pipeline through strategic regional events and high-impact campaigns.
What will you do?
- Plan and execute high-quality regional events, including roadshows and webinars, that engage prospects and partners while effectively driving our sales pipeline.
- Partner with our sales team to develop field-based marketing programs that nurture leads and accelerate opportunities in alignment with our broader business goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign logistics using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, from initial strategy and email automation to budget oversight and performance reporting.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives on creativity and organization. You possess a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication across internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Proven experience in event management, demand generation, and campaign planning.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce for managing marketing automation and lead tracking.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to hit quarterly and annual targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit that aligns with our values of humility, accountability, and empathy.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive compensation package starting at $80,000 USD per year, with the potential for adjustment based on your specific experience and location. Beyond the salary, you will receive:
- Unlimited vacation time to ensure you can rest when you need to.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 99% of premiums covered for employees and their dependents.
- A 401k retirement plan through Empower.
- A $200 monthly wellness and learning stipend for books, gym memberships, meals, or professional development.
- Equity in our fast-growing, well-funded company.
