We are currently searching for an innovative Employment Branding Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is perfect for a creative marketing professional who is passionate about recruitment and eager to help us showcase the distinct identities of our various locations.

Key outcomes

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that highlight the unique culture and values of our veterinary practices.
• Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team and Leadership Success Coaches to craft effective solutions that meet business objectives.
• Produce engaging visual content, including graphics, flyers, and videos, using tools like Canva to capture the attention of potential candidates.
• Manage and optimize our LinkedIn company pages and other digital channels to improve our employer brand presence.
• Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies for better results.
• Design visual assets for a variety of platforms, such as social media, email campaigns, websites, and print advertisements.
• Represent our brand at recruitment events, providing on-site marketing support and generating fresh content.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional marketing experience, with a preference for candidates who have a background in recruitment marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including email campaigns, job boards, and social media management.
• Strong creative skills, specifically in video production and reel creation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• A strategic, data-driven mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
• A genuine passion for animals and the people who care for them.
• The physical ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred qualifications

• While this position is remote, candidates located near Saratoga Springs, New York, are preferred.
