We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in the United States to help shape our marketing department and define the digital experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead digital marketing campaigns, focusing primarily on email channels to increase engagement, build loyalty, and drive conversions.
- You will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives while tracking the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- You will manage our brand identity across all media platforms, which includes creating visual aids, designing promotional materials, and distributing news releases.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on email marketing and analytics. We are looking for someone who is a team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, such as ActiveCampaign, is essential. While not required, a bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related field is preferred, and any previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered a significant plus. You must be fluent in English to effectively manage our communications.
