Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, engage, and convert our target audience into loyal customers.
Your impact
- Develop and execute high-impact demand generation programs that directly drive pipeline and bookings for our business.
- Optimize our marketing tech stack to ensure every tool serves a purpose, eliminating redundancy while creating engaging landing page experiences that delight our prospects.
- Analyze performance metrics to ensure our marketing budget is spent efficiently, providing clear reporting on results and forecasting future activity performance.
What you'll need
- Proven experience owning a revenue-related metric, such as bookings or pipeline, with a strong grasp of how to forecast performance.
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Pardot, or Marketo, and the ability to extract and analyze data from Salesforce.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to think creatively about lead generation and a solid understanding of how digital, social, and offline channels work together.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and provide thoughtful, data-backed insights to the broader team.
- A willingness to learn our specific market and identify the influencers and thought leaders our customers trust.
