Role at a glance
We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform while tackling unique design challenges within the creator ecosystem.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, guiding projects from initial discovery through final delivery.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to shape our roadmap and deliver measurable, high-impact outcomes for our users.
- Build and maintain a scalable, cross-platform design system that boosts team velocity and ensures a consistent, user-centered experience.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- A robust portfolio that highlights your ability to own complex software products from start to finish.
- Proven success in developing scalable design systems and conducting user research to inform strategy.
- Confidence in managing executive stakeholders and representing design at a leadership level.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end implementation constraints.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
