The Role
As a member of our team, your role will involve designing tools and features that provide a foundation for brands and creators to collaborate effectively. You will be working alongside a team that is shaping the future of #paid, and exploring strategies for scaling the platform to accommodate a wide range of use cases.
As a Staff Product Designer, you'll have significant ownership and impact across the platform. You'll lead the evolution of our design system, work on high-impact features that drive revenue and user experience, and help grow our design practice and culture. You’ll also be tackling unique challenges in the creator/influencer marketing space that few designers get to solve, all while working in a startup environment that has both product-market fit and massive growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through deliveryCollaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape the team's roadmap and goals from an impactful and measurable customer outcome perspectiveDesign elegant, user-centered experiences that balance business needs with usabilityCreate and maintain a scalable, cross-platform design system that increases team velocity and ensures consistencyConduct and synthesize user research to validate ideas and inform decisionsBe accountable for the design quality and cohesion across the product line, helping fellow designers advocate for best practices and solutions with their teamsDrive continuous improvement in design processes, rituals, and toolsPresent and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and executivesCollaborate with engineers throughout implementation to ensure design qualityInfluence product strategy and roadmap by bringing a design lens to early-stage initiativesTo be successful, you'll need to

You have 7+ years of experience in product design, including 2+ years leading complex, cross-functional projectsYou have a strong portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking and end-to-end ownership of complex software productsYou have experience building and maintaining scalable design systemsYou can work autonomously on large-scale initiatives like system unification or high-visibility featuresYou’re confident managing executive stakeholders and representing design at the leadership levelYou’re comfortable conducting research and synthesizing insights to guide design strategyYou bring strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset in ambiguous environmentsYou use tools such as prototypes, journey maps, and UX flows to articulate progress, rationale, and decisionsYou understand and advocate for accessibility and inclusive designYou have proficiency with tools like Figma, and a strong grasp of responsive web and mobile designYou have a deep understanding of front-end technologies, design handoff workflows, and implementation constraintsWhy #paid
