About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Community Manager on a Full Time basis. In this position you will lead global efforts to grow awareness and engagement for Manta Network, shaping how the project connects with crypto and web3 communities around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and carry out growth and operational initiatives for Manta Network and its ecosystem projects in SocialFi and GameFi.
- Build and maintain relationships with the Ambassador community, key influencers, and marketing partners to extend Manta Network’s reach.
- Host AMAs, moderate discussions on Telegram, Discord, and other platforms, and execute community growth strategies that strengthen engagement across regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience building crypto and developer communities from the ground up, ideally within Web2 or Web3 SocialApps or GameApps.
- Strong passion for Web3, SocialFi, or GameFi, with personal participation in the space and a genuine interest in exploring new projects.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, high emotional intelligence, and fluency in English.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
