What you bring
We are looking for a Mid-Level Civil Designer to join us on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for translating complex project requirements into precise designs while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Your work will be based in the United States, with specific office locations to be determined during the selection process among our sites in Reno, Carson City, Fallon, South Lake Tahoe, or El Dorado Hills. We require a minimum of two years of related experience, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and training. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a solid grasp of grading, drainage, and utility design concepts. It is important that you are a clear communicator who can solve problems effectively and multitask in a dynamic setting. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary, and holding an Engineer Intern certification is considered a plus.
What we offer
We believe in supporting our employees both inside and outside of the office. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to ensure your long-term health and financial well-being. Our offerings for eligible full-time staff include:
