We are Outsourced Staff, a forward thinking company that specializes in providing remote staffing resources to businesses across the US and Australia. We pride ourselves on being an AI and automation first organization, and we are looking for a creative, tech savvy recruiter who loves to challenge the status quo. If you are tired of the old way of doing things and want to help us build something great, you will fit right in with our team.

Role at a glance

This is a full time, remote position for a mid-level recruiter. You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you are ready to collaborate closely with our Managing Director to help us scale our operations.

Your impact

You will own the end to end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening top tier talent to presenting qualified shortlists for a variety of technical roles.
You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring we attract and retain the best people for our clients.
You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, identifying the most effective recruiting methods and keeping us at the cutting edge of hiring technology.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator who is comfortable working in a fast paced, digital environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting.
Technical expertise that allows you to understand and clearly explain complex IT job requirements.
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Advanced sourcing skills, including experience with social media recruiting and Boolean search techniques.
Hands-on experience conducting interviews via Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
