What you'll be doing
- You will manage our end to end job posting process by creating advertisements across social media and various job portals, while actively sourcing candidates through networking and online databases.
- You will maintain our recruitment data by tracking candidate information in our applicant tracking system and organizing key metrics through detailed Excel reporting.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, handling initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and providing professional administrative support to our internal recruitment team.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in recruitment and a passion for connecting with people. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Direct experience working with ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, including a professional phone manner and the ability to correspond clearly in English.
- Proven experience using social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn for talent acquisition and employer branding.
- A high level of organizational skill and a sharp eye for detail.
