The role
We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a junior specialist ready to learn, we are eager to find someone who is passionate about building lasting partnerships and contributing to our ongoing growth.
Core responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our existing customers and partners to ensure all business needs are met.
- Proactively acquire new partners to support the growth of our various projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns while identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact results.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal expertise. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English, as this is essential for our international operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing and IT concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine desire to learn, progress, and take on new challenges.
- Prior experience in a similar account management position is considered a significant advantage.
