What you bring

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will join us on a full-time basis to lead delivery teams consisting of engineers, designers, and product experts. You will work from the United States in a hybrid capacity, acting as a bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver custom software projects while ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Managing the sprint backlog and facilitating Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery.
• Building deep, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to guide their digital transformation journeys.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills. You should have at least three years of experience in custom software project management or systems integration, specifically within the healthcare industry. A deep understanding of the software development life cycle is essential, as is proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies. We value individuals who are analytical, self-motivated, and capable of leading through influence rather than just authority. You should be a clear communicator who can translate complex technical dependencies into actionable business strategies. While not required, professional certifications in project management or Scrum are highly regarded, as is experience with financial modeling.
