Your impact

• Provide high-level technical leadership and hands-on engineering to deliver robust, high-quality solutions across our systems.
• Lead complex architectural discussions, ensuring that our technical roadmap balances speed, cost, and long-term scalability.
• Act as a mentor and sponsor for other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of software development experience, specifically within data-heavy cloud environments. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills to the table:

• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows and large-scale data pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of NoSQL and search-based databases like MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
• Experience deploying infrastructure on major cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and automated testing strategies to maintain high code standards.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex technical initiatives.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively across our global offices.
