Wonderschool uses technology to support home-based child care providers and partners in the government and non-profit sectors, creating a marketplace that helps parents find quality care. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area to build intuitive tools that empower our government partners to address local child care needs.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineering, design, sales, and account management teams to develop and execute a clear strategy for our government-facing product suite.
- Translate high-level goals into detailed requirements, including user flows and use cases, for our design and engineering partners.
- Ensure a cohesive user experience across our entire product ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary advocate for government users, deeply understanding their challenges and needs.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure the impact of our government solutions.
Must-haves
- Five to seven years of experience in product management, specifically with enterprise products.
- A proven track record of launching products from the ground up, often referred to as 0 to 1.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- The ability to set clear priorities and lead execution across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working within an Agile development framework.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- Background in collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
- Practical experience with A/B testing to optimize product performance.

The expected starting pay for this role is $160,000 - $185,000 annually.
