What you'll be doing
- Lead the strategic design and execution of migrating our core critical systems from a proprietary environment to a modern, open-source stack.
- Oversee the technical development of our booking engine and the creation of robust APIs that support internal systems and external distribution partners.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a talented internal team of developers while establishing clear priorities and engineering standards for our extended external partners.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in Software Engineering and Product Development, with a deep understanding of API Design. We are looking for someone who communicates fluently in English and brings the following qualifications:
- Five to eight years of experience in product development.
- One to three years of direct engineering management experience.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing complex legacy system migrations.
- Experience building commerce applications within agile or extreme programming environments.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally across commercial and product teams.
What you'll get
