About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in our multi-disciplinary team, helping to design and build the next generation of our web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust cloud-based microservices, integrations, and reusable components.
• Build high-quality web services using NodeJS, JavaScript, and REST API frameworks.
• Collaborate within an agile environment alongside product owners, designers, and quality assurance engineers to maintain high code standards and optimize system performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Between 4 and 7 years of professional experience in backend development, specifically with NodeJS, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud architecture.
• Proficiency with modern development, deployment, and testing automation toolsets.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable technical solutions.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
