What you bring

As a Freelance Real Estate Photographer, you will play a vital role in our marketing efforts by capturing high-quality images of our vacation rental properties across the United States. This is a contractor position perfect for a junior-level photographer who is comfortable working remotely and traveling to various locations. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering unedited JPG photos that strictly adhere to our photoshoot standards within two business days.
• Managing your own travel to property sites, with compensation provided for trips exceeding 60 miles one way.
• Ensuring all captured images meet our technical requirements while maintaining the ability to use your work for your personal portfolio.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong eye for real estate photography and a commitment to professional marketing standards. You should be proficient in English and have a solid understanding of photo editing workflows, even though our team handles the final editing in-house. It is essential that you own specific equipment, including a DSLR capable of auto exposure bracketing with at least five exposures and two full stops per shot. You must also use an ultra wide-angle lens, specifically 14-16mm for full-frame cameras or 10-11mm for crop sensor cameras, while avoiding the use of flash or fish-eye lenses. We value candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to represent our brand at property locations.
