We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. At PatternAI, we are dedicated to building an automated machine learning and artificial intelligence platform that bridges the gap between complex data science and user-friendly software. You will play a pivotal role in our growth by overseeing our efforts across software engineering, data engineering, and data science. Responsibilities
- Partner with our product and data science departments throughout the entire development lifecycle to design and maintain cloud systems that are distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant.
- Build and manage robust cloud infrastructure to automate manual workflows, improve system performance, and accelerate our overall product development speed.
- Take a hands-on approach to leadership by conducting detailed code reviews, defining technical best practices, and collaborating on the creation of product roadmaps and development timelines.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 48 months of experience in a leadership position. We are looking for someone with a strong background in software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and possess the ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, and team leadership is essential for managing our platform and our people.
