The opportunity

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (Backend) to help us architect the next generation of our composable, AI-driven analytics infrastructure. You will join a product-oriented team that includes architects, product managers, and quality assurance specialists. A day in the life

• Design and implement modular microservices using Python and Kotlin to handle complex data orchestration and integration tasks.
• Collaborate with your team to integrate performance-critical components using Rust and leverage modern tools like Apache Arrow, Pandas, and Polars for high-speed data processing.
• Contribute to the architecture of our distributed systems and refine our API design to ensure our platform remains scalable, efficient, and easy to use for our customers.

Who you are

You are a proactive professional with a strong foundation in computer science and a genuine interest in clean software architecture. You enjoy working in dynamic environments and are comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining a focus on technical excellence. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:

• Extensive experience with object-oriented programming and a passion for building distributed systems.
• A strong sense of ownership over your code, combined with an open mind for constructive feedback.
