What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Developer Experience team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier for our engineering organization by building the tools and infrastructure that our product teams use every day to ship code rapidly and reliably.
What will you do?
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and build systems that allow our engineers to deploy products with confidence.
- Develop and scale internal developer tools, including test infrastructure and AI-enhanced workflows, to reduce toil and accelerate feedback loops.
- Improve the reliability of our deployment processes by creating better tooling for incident mitigation, rollbacks, and hotfixes.
What makes you a great fit?
You are an experienced engineer who has held technical leadership roles on platform or DevEx teams. We are looking for someone who understands the intricacies of building internal tools and cares deeply about the usability and performance of the systems their peers interact with daily. You should have a strong grasp of TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, GitHub Actions, and AWS services like Fargate and ECS. You are thoughtful about technical trade-offs and have the product sense needed to build tools that truly solve engineering pain points. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
