We are Risk Labs, the foundation and core team behind the UMA and Across protocols. Our mission is to unlock the potential of crypto by making blockchain technology more accessible, efficient, and usable for everyone. We operate as a cohesive, global team supporting decentralized protocols that are governed by community members in DAOs. We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level role for someone who is ready to help us shape the future of interoperability and decentralized truth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive brand awareness and protocol adoption, focusing on core performance indicators.
- Build and manage the systems and processes necessary to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with our product, community, and business development teams.
- Own the marketing budget and utilize data-driven decision making to analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activity to ensure a strong return on investment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a product marketing role.
- A proven track record of managing both scalable and scrappy marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Deep knowledge of the DeFi, blockchain, and oracle landscapes, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in navigating community platforms like Discord, Discourse, and Twitter.
- High emotional intelligence and a commitment to fostering a culture of kindness and inclusivity.
- A self-starter mindset with the willingness to tackle any challenge head-on.
What we offer
