What you'll be doing
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: You will design orchestration layers that allow specialized agents to debate, collaborate, and execute complex tasks with high reliability.
- Build Evaluation Frameworks: You will move beyond simple testing by creating rigorous, automated validation methods that ensure our agentic outputs meet strict quality standards.
- Prototype and Deploy: You will actively ship new tools, experimenting with cutting-edge models and orchestration techniques to solve real-world problems for our users.
What you'll bring
We are looking for pioneers who are already hands-on with agentic technology. You should be comfortable working in a distributed, high-bandwidth environment where intense collaboration and clear written communication are the standards. Your technical toolkit should include proficiency or a strong desire to master the following:
- Languages and Frameworks: TypeScript and Node.js.
- Infrastructure and Data: AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- AI and Systems: Experience with Large Language Models, Vector Databases, and building autonomous agentic workflows.
- Mindset: You are a product builder who values shipping over theorizing, and you possess an ego-free approach to interdisciplinary collaboration.
