Full Stack Developer, eCommerce (Magento) at PrayagHealth

We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our platinum team. In this role, you will lead the development, security, and optimization of our Magento 2 eCommerce platform, which operates within a hyper-scaler cloud environment. Key outcomes

• Optimize our current Magento 2 installation and develop new modules to enhance functionality.
• Provide both regular and emergency support to resolve technical issues and perform break-fixes.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and integration challenges.
• Design high-quality interfaces, themes, and templates while adhering to industry best practices.
• Manage DevOps pipelines and establish robust release and change management procedures.
• Implement and maintain critical components including Elastic Search, Redis, RabbitMQ, CDN, and Varnish.
• Conduct code reviews and security scans while ensuring all software patches are applied promptly.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content creators to deliver a consistent brand experience.
• Develop comprehensive testing scenarios, including unit and integration tests, to ensure code quality.
• Manage infrastructure components such as Ubuntu, PHP, Nginx, and database migrations.
• Scale our environment vertically and horizontally to meet growing traffic demands.
• Contribute to our technical presence by participating in conferences and engaging with the startup community.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Magento 2 development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and modern web development standards.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices and server environments like Ubuntu and Nginx.
• Proven ability to manage high-traffic eCommerce stacks and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
