The role
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a critical role for someone who is passionate about product-led growth and wants to help us connect with hybrid employees across the globe. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with a distributed team of product-obsessed builders who are committed to shaping the future of work.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product-led growth and user acquisition strategies across SEO, content, and various other channels.
- Take ownership of the entire user funnel, focusing on optimizing the path from landing pages through onboarding and early user education.
- Design and implement ongoing A/B testing initiatives to refine user journeys and improve website conversion rates.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of total professional experience, including 4 or more years specifically in marketing or growth-focused positions.
- Direct experience working within SaaS or product-led growth organizations.
- A highly analytical mindset with a proven ability to own growth metrics and experimentation.
- A strong background in creating and delivering strategic, organic marketing plans.
- Proficiency with essential marketing technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
