As we lead the shift toward conversational commerce, we are looking for a FullStack Engineer to join our team and help us build the infrastructure that will define the next decade of ecommerce.

Key outcomes

• Architect and evolve our AI agent platform to ensure high availability, resilience, and scalability.
• Design and implement robust observability and monitoring strategies using tools like Datadog and Prometheus to proactively manage system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative AI features into our support ecosystem.
• Optimize system performance and resource usage to deliver cost-effective and high-speed solutions.
• Contribute to long-term architectural decisions and mentor other engineers to foster a strong technical culture.

Requirements

• At least 24 months of professional experience in software engineering, with a total of 4 or more years building scalable web applications.
• Deep technical expertise in system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong background in cloud computing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Prometheus.
• Proven ability to own large-scale projects from initial design through to deployment.
• Fluency in English.
