The role

We are seeking a Senior Events Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a key position for someone who thrives on organization and creative problem-solving. You will be the driving force behind our event strategy, ensuring that every detail of our virtual and sponsored events is executed with precision. We are looking for an experienced professional who can operate independently while maintaining strong alignment with our broader marketing goals.

Core responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical elements for our internal virtual events and the external events we choose to sponsor.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and cross-functional teams to develop engaging collateral and ensure every event aligns with our brand objectives.
• Manage internal communications to keep all departments informed and aligned regarding our event schedules and planning milestones.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. We value the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in event planning or organization.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and the Google Business Suite.
• A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills and a talent for problem-solving.
