At Ulvetanna, we are on a mission to scale zero-knowledge and verifiable compute. Our work is centered on accelerating the ZK revolution by combining cryptographic innovation with hardware-software co-design. We believe in bringing truth and privacy to the internet, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us support web3 networks with reliable and cost-efficient proof generation.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As our first hire in this function, you will have the unique opportunity to build our program management processes from the ground up. You will work closely with our co-founders to drive the execution of our Zero Knowledge Proof Acceleration projects. This is a hands-on role where you will navigate complex technical challenges and work directly alongside our engineering teams to turn chaos into order.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of technical projects, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on product specifications and facilitating cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks by addressing dependencies and technical challenges before they impact progress.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource plans, working closely with leadership to adjust strategies as needed to meet our objectives.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager working directly with engineering teams.
- A background in software engineering, either through professional work or academic study.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or economics.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, combined with the flexibility to adapt these frameworks to our specific environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work within time zones ranging from the USA East Coast to Central Europe.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a fully remote work environment that allows our team members to contribute from anywhere within our supported time zones. While we operate globally, we value face-to-face collaboration and plan to gather at our New York City office for approximately one week each quarter.
How to apply
If you are a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help shape the future of cryptography, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to share your background and your interest in our mission. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, so we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed.
