The role

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position within our Customer Engineering function, where you will take full ownership of the customer journey from the moment a contract is signed through to long-term expansion. You will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal delivery teams, ensuring that our software drives real, measurable business outcomes.

Core responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer programs by managing clear milestones, stakeholder communication, and overall account health to ensure successful project delivery.
• Direct our delivery pods, including Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration teams, to ensure capacity is aligned with the highest-value objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, translating complex AI and data science goals into executable plans while proactively identifying new opportunities for expansion.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in enterprise-facing disciplines such as technical consulting, implementation, or program management. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in complex, technical environments.
• A background in Life Sciences is highly advantageous, particularly regarding compliance, auditability, and reproducibility.
• Technical fluency across software architecture, predictive modeling, and AI systems.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and guide customers toward the right solutions, even when initial requirements are unclear.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and C-suite executives.

Compensation and benefits

The total compensation range for this position is $180,000 to $245,000 USD. This range represents the On Target Earnings for the role, which includes both base salary and applicable bonuses or commissions. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
