We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Front End UI Architect to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our organization focuses on delivering high-quality, data-driven web interfaces, and we need a technical leader who can bridge the gap between complex architectural design and client-facing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee high-level architectural design and ensure the implementation of robust front-end standards.
- Manage project planning, including tracking progress, estimating requirements, and reviewing designs.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business objectives and propose effective technical strategies.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client systems to improve satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline development workflows.
Must-haves
- At least 9 years of professional experience, specifically in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on expertise with Angular, Node.js, and Bootstrap.
- Proven ability to develop responsive web designs that function seamlessly across all modern browsers.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively present proposals and gather requirements.
- A deep commitment to front-end best practices, design patterns, and industry guidelines.
